PPP Project Development Workshop
How to develop PPP project properly

Workshop is primarily intended for municipalities and public sector representatives, who want to learn how the proper PPP project is to be started, developed, communicated, procured, negotiated, controlled and evaluated or rebased.

“There is not an unlimited amount of project types. Whatever complex and difficult your project can be, there is only a limited number of particular situations, and the final project solution is just a combination of properly chosen (and preferably formerly tested) components. Of course, the final mixture can be wrong…”
Cit. Prof. Julian Le Grand, London School of Economics
