Participant Registration Fee includes:
• Admission to the conference for 1 person
• Refreshments (Coffee Breaks, Lunch) as per Programme
• Proceedings (printed and electronic form)
Submitting the Registration form is obligatory. The Event Organizer (B.I.D. services company) must be notified of any cancellation of registration (name changes are possible, no fee will be charged).
The following cancellation policies will apply:
• before 15 November 2009, cancellation fee 60 EUR / person will be charged
• after 15 November 2009, full registration fee will be charged
After your registration is processed, you will receive Confirmation of your registration together with proforma invoice via email. The registration fee is due minimum three days before the 1st conference day.
The payment must be received by B.I.D. services three days before the conference starts. If not, the participant will be asked to show bank payment confirmation at the registration desk or to pay the Registration Fee in cash. We do not accept credit cards!

By submitting the On-line Registration, the Participant agrees with the use of his/her personal information by event Organizer in accordance with the Act on personal information protection 101/2000 Sb.
